SendKeeper is designed to help climbers track their progress with simplicity and transparency. We only collect the minimum information needed to provide features such as cloud sync and leaderboards. We never sell your data, and we do not use your information for advertising.You may use most of the app without creating an account.
Signing in is optional but required for cloud backup and leaderboards.Information We Collect
1. If you do not sign in
We collect no personal data.
All your climbing sessions, climbs, and notes are stored only on your device.We do not:
- Upload your data
- Track usage or behaviour
- Collect analytics
- Share data with third parties2. If you choose to sign in
We collect and store:- Authentication information from Apple, Google, or email
(e.g., unique user ID, email address if provided)
- Climbing data such as sessions, climbs, notes
- Group and leaderboard membershipsThis allows:
- Sync across devices
- Restoring your data if you lose or replace your phone
- Participation in leaderboards and groupsData Types We May Collect

This information may be considered Health or Fitness data.This data is used solely to:
- Record climbing activity
- Display progress and statistics
- Sync data across devices (if the user signs in)
- Enable participation in groups and leaderboardsThis data is:
- Never sold

- Never used for targeted advertisingIf you do not sign in, all climbing data remains stored locally on your device.If you sign in, climbing data is securely stored in the SendKeeper cloud database via Supabase to enable backup and sync.How Your Data Is Used

- Display your climbing history, stats, and trends
- Sync your logs across devices (if signed in)
- Support leaderboard and group functionality

- Sell or rent your data

SendKeeper uses Supabase for:
- Secure user authentication
- Cloud data storage

If you do not sign in
- All data stays on your device.
- It is deleted if you delete the app or reset data in settings.If you sign in
- Your data is stored securely in our cloud database.
- It is retained until you choose to delete your account.You may request permanent deletion of:
- Your account
- All sessions and climbs

- Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
- Secure authentication via Apple, Google, and email
